Reporting an error
Tell us the page, what's wrong and a link to the evidence, such as an archived page, a public COA or a regulator's notice. We re-check within five business days and log every change on our corrections page. Vendors get the same process as everyone else: no fee, and no deals.
Suggesting a vendor or reporting a look-alike site
Send the vendor's domain and, if you can, a link showing what it sells. We run the same six checks on every vendor before it gets a profile. If you've found a site reusing a closed vendor's name or domain, include what made you suspicious; our guide to look-alike vendor sites shows the cases we've documented.
What we can't help with
We can't give medical or legal advice, recommend doses, or help with orders, refunds or deliveries; contact the vendor or your payment provider for those. We don't sell anything, and we don't accept payment for scores, rankings or coverage.
