How to request a correction
Email [email protected] with the page URL, what's wrong, and a link to evidence. Vendors are welcome too: a COA page we missed, a new address or a policy page all count. We reply within five business days.
What happens next
- We re-check the evidence ourselves. A vendor's word alone isn't enough to change a score, but a public page we can verify is.
- If we were wrong, we fix the page and add an entry below.
- If we disagree, we explain why and keep the evidence on file.
