How it's worked out

Price per mg = price ÷ (mg per vial × number of vials). A 10 mg vial at $50 is $5.00 per mg; a pack of 10 such vials at $400 is $4.00 per mg. Prices in other currencies are converted to US dollars at the European Central Bank's reference rate of Oct 15, 2026, the rate our price index uses.

The comparison uses the typical (median) and lowest price per mg across the vendors we track for that peptide.
