Timeline
- 2024: Finnrick states it was founded in 2024. [14]
- 2025-06: The Guardian reported that Finnrick began accepting samples submitted by members of the public in June 2025. [15]
- 2026-03-26: Finnrick retracted all tests for the vendor Nantong Guangyuan Chemical (GYC), citing clear signals of large-scale fraud in that name. [16]
- 2026-04-06: The Guardian reported Finnrick's statement that about a third of the thousands of products it had analysed failed basic quality checks. [15]
- 2026-07-06: Finnrick stopped issuing letter ratings (A to E) for vendor and product pairs and moved to percentage ratings. [17]
- 2026-09-15: Finnrick added Ichor Life Sciences and PharmLabs as partner labs. [18]
- 2026-09-15: WIRED reported that peptide vials it bought at a shop and tested through Finnrick did not contain the active ingredients on their labels. [19]
