United StatesNo FDA-approved product combines them: Novo Nordisk filed for US approval of its cagrilintide-semaglutide combination (CagriSema) in December 2025, and FDA says cagrilintide is not a component of any FDA-approved drug [1][2].
United KingdomSemaglutide is a licensed prescription medicine in the UK, but no UK-licensed medicine contains cagrilintide [3][4].
European UnionSemaglutide is authorized in the EU (Ozempic, Rybelsus, Wegovy), but no medicine containing cagrilintide is, according to EMA's product data [5][6][7][8][9].
CanadaSemaglutide is marketed in Canada (Ozempic, Rybelsus, Wegovy), but no product containing cagrilintide appears in Health Canada's Drug Product Database [10][11][12][13].
AustraliaSemaglutide is Schedule 4 (prescription-only); cagrilintide is not named in Australia's Poisons Standard (October 2026) [14].
