United StatesTesamorelin is FDA-approved only as the prescription medicine Egrifta; ipamorelin is not FDA-approved, and no approved product combines them [1][2].
United KingdomNo UK-licensed medicine contains either peptide [3][4].
European UnionNo medicine containing tesamorelin or ipamorelin is authorized in the EU; an application for Egrifta was withdrawn in 2012 [5][6][7].
CanadaEgrifta (tesamorelin) was marketed in Canada but its listing is cancelled, and no product containing ipamorelin appears in Health Canada's Drug Product Database [8][9].
AustraliaIpamorelin is Schedule 4 with Appendix D possession controls; tesamorelin is not named, but growth hormone releasing hormones (GHRHs) are listed in Schedule 4 with the same controls [10].
