A2LA's public directory lookup lists 'Olympic Analytical, LLC DBA Vanguard Laboratory - Olympia, WA', and A2LA's certificate lookup has a certificate 6377.01; the number as printed on the COAs (6377.01.01) returns no match. The certificate's holder, status, expiry and scope could not be viewed on 2026-10-16. Separately, the Washington State Department of Ecology accredits the lab for drinking-water analyses. Not found in the IAS or PJLA directories. The A2LA scope could not be viewed, so coverage of peptide HPLC or MS testing is unverified. The Washington Ecology scope covers drinking-water analyses (nitrate, fecal coliform, heterotrophic bacteria and total coliform/E. coli) and expires 2027-03-28; it does not cover peptides. - Vendors at least: the COAs examined are addressed to peptide vendors. No readable source says whether individuals can submit samples. [2]
