Research Peptide Vendor Report: October 2026

We checked 205 research peptide vendors and 3,155 vial listings from 99 of them. These are the results, frozen on Oct 15, 2026 so they can be quoted and checked later. The data is free to reuse under CC BY 4.0.

Key findings

  1. The same compound can cost 13.6× more per mg depending on the vendor. Survodutide ranged from $2.75 to $37.50 per mg across 9 vendors (median $10.16).
  2. For the 46 compounds sold by at least 8 vendors, the most expensive vendor charged a median 5.9× the cheapest vendor's price per mg. 33 of the 46 showed a gap of 5× or more.
  3. Most vendors sit much closer together than the extremes suggest: for the typical compound, a vendor at the 75th percentile charged 1.6× the price of one at the 25th.
  4. GHK-Cu is the most widely sold compound we price (75 vendors). Vendors' best prices ran from $0.29 to $1.70 per mg, with a median of $0.57.
  5. Only 48 of 135 active vendors (36%) publish batch-specific certificates of analysis (COAs). 73 (54%) show only generic or sample COAs, and 14 showed none at all.
  6. 29 vendors (21% of those we could check) publish batch-specific COAs that also name an independent lab.
  7. 57 of 191 active vendors (30%) trade from domains registered less than a year before our check, 18 of them under six months. The median vendor domain is 1.4 years old.
  8. Of 91 vendors that state their payment methods, 15 (16%) accept neither card nor PayPal, the two methods our scoring counts as buyer-protected. 36 accept crypto.
  9. Of 134 vendors that say where they ship, 118 ship to the US and 65 state international shipping, but only seven name the UK, eight the EU and nine Australia.
  10. Since January 2024 we logged 22 closures, raids and warning letters in this market: 14 warning letters, four raids or seizures and four closures. Counting lawsuits and other regulatory actions too, our tracker holds 36 events, 23 of them from 2026.
  11. We documented three cases of a name or domain being reused after a seller closed or was prosecuted: two sites trading under a near-identical name and one former domain re-registered by someone else. Details.

Prices: same compound, very different price per mg

For each compound, we took every vendor's lowest price per mg for a single vial (multi-vial kits are bulk deals, so we left them out), then compared vendors. A 10× gap means the most expensive vendor's best offer cost ten times the cheapest vendor's per mg of labeled compound.

Certificates of analysis: most aren't batch-specific

A batch-specific COA ties a lab result to the lot you receive. A generic or sample COA only shows that some sample once passed a test. We checked what each vendor publishes on its own site; 58 active vendors couldn't be classified, 27 of them because their sites block automated checks.

What 135 active vendors publish about lab testing Share of vendors whose COA practice we could determine.
COA practice of active vendors 48 of 135 publish batch-specific COAs (36%); 73 only generic or sample COAs; 14 none found.

COA links and evidence are on each vendor's profile.

Vendor domains: a young market

Registration dates come from public domain registration data (RDAP), measured on Oct 15, 2026. A young domain proves nothing on its own, but it means less history to check.

How old vendor domains are (191 active vendors) Domains under a year old are highlighted.

Shipping and payment

Most vendors are US-focused. Few name the UK, the EU or Australia, where import rules for these compounds are stricter; see our UK, EU, Canada and Australia pages for vendors that say they ship there.

Where vendors say they ship (134 vendors that state it) A vendor can name several markets. We record what vendors state; we don't test deliveries.
Stated shipping markets 118 ship to the US, 65 state international shipping, 19 name Canada, 7 the UK, 8 the EU and 9 Australia.

Vendors in our registry that have closed: Amino Asylum, Chameleon Peptides, Paradigm Peptides, Peptide Sciences, Science.bio, Soma Chems, Strate Labs. Each profile shows what happened, with sources, and live alternatives.

Reused names and domains

When a vendor closes, its name and domain can be picked up by someone else. These are the cases we documented, each with evidence on the profile page. A shared name doesn't prove a connection either way.

  • Paradigm Peptide (paradigm-peptide.com): Trades under a near-identical name to Paradigm Peptides, whose owners pleaded guilty to federal charges; domain registered Apr 22, 2025; the site says it is not affiliated.
  • Amino Asylum (aminoasylumofficial.com): Domain registered May 19, 2026, after the original Amino Asylum closed (reported June 2025); no evidence it's the same business.
  • Strate Labs (stratelabs.is): Former domain stratelabs.is was re-registered on Jul 10, 2026 and now redirects to a different seller (glpeptides.is).

What this means for buyers

  • Compare price per mg, not price per vial. Across the 46 compounds above, the typical gap between the cheapest and the most expensive vendor was 5.9×. Our price pages do the per-mg maths for every listing.
  • Treat an outlier price as a question. The FDA lists deep discounts and prices that seem too good to be true among the warning signs of an unsafe online pharmacy [3]. Price per mg also rests on the labeled amount, and a vial's actual peptide content can be lower than its gross powder weight [4]. Only a lab test can measure it.
  • Ask for a batch-specific COA, and check it. Only 36% of the vendors we could check publish one. Where a lab offers a verification tool, use it to match the report to the lab's own records [5]. Our guide explains how to read a peptide COA.
  • Pay with a method you can dispute. The FTC warns that anyone who insists on payment by bank transfer, wire transfer, cryptocurrency, payment app or gift card is probably a scammer, and advises paying by credit card where possible [1]. In the US, a dispute for goods not delivered as agreed must reach the card issuer within 60 days after the first bill showing the charge [2].
  • Check status and history before ordering. 30% of vendor domains are under a year old, and some sites reuse the names or old domains of closed sellers. Each vendor profile shows its status, history and checks, and our alerts log closures and enforcement.
  • None of this is medical advice. Many of these compounds are not approved for human use and are sold labeled "research use only"; see what that label means. We don't publish dosing information.

Methodology and limitations

  • Who's included. 205 vendors in our registry, found through public vendor directories and community discussion. "Active" means the site was up when we checked (193 vendors, including 46 whose sites block automated checks and so have less data).
  • Vendor checks ran on Oct 15, 2026: site status, domain registration date (RDAP), COA pages, policy pages, and stated shipping and payment methods. Our crawler is polite and identifies itself; see how it works. Scoring rules are on our methodology page.
  • Prices come from vendors' public product feeds (Oct 15, 2026): 3,155 usable listings out of 3,611. Each vendor's lowest $/mg for a single vial (multi-vial kits are bulk deals and are left out), using in-stock listings when the vendor has any. Listings need a parsed $/mg and medium or high parse confidence. Capsules, liquids and bulk powders are excluded, as are listings in other currencies without a USD conversion. Blends are compared only with the same blend. Compounds sold by at least 8 vendors. See how we compare prices per mg.
  • COA findings are conservative. We classify what a vendor publishes on its own site. Our checks don't yet read PDFs or images, so some vendors may publish more than we could confirm. A published COA is not a purity test of the vial you receive.
  • Domain age is the registration date of the current domain. A business that moved domains looks younger than it is, and a re-registered domain can look older than the business behind it.
  • Enforcement events come from regulators' notices, court records and news reports, each linked above. The list covers what we found, not every action taken.
  • This is a snapshot. It was generated on Oct 15, 2026 and won't change. Live pages on this site update daily and may differ. Report an error to [email protected]; corrections are logged on our corrections page.
