Not FDA-approved; the compounding nomination for cathelicidin LL-37 was withdrawn after FDA flagged safety risks, and FDA plans to consult its advisory committee on it before the end of February 2027 [1][2][3].
United Kingdom

European Union
No medicine containing LL-37 is authorized in the EU, according to EMA's central and Article 57 product data [5][6].
Canada
